Jim brings extensive professional expertise to his media and presentation trainings, with a long, distinguished career as a broadcast journalist. As a financial correspondent for CNBC, he interviewed more than 100 leading CEO’s, including those at Oracle, Goldman Sachs, Hewlett Packard, Delta Airlines, UPS, Bank of America, Cisco Systems, Boeing and the Chairmen of the NYSE and the SEC.
Jim also served as chief financial anchor and correspondent for Business Week broadcasting financial news and commentary for the ABC News Radio Network. He has won four Emmy awards for his reporting, writing and anchoring, a National Headliner Award and two UPI awards for investigative reporting. He is one of a select few trainers who continues to have an on-air presence anchoring a business television show on PBS in New York.
Jim has also held the positions of Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at PepsiCo and Executive Vice President and Director of Communications at the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City. He has an MBA and teaches Business Relationship Management at Molloy College.
