Melissa Hellen is an original member of Clarity Media Group, who along with Bill McGowan, built the company from scratch. Melissa brought business sense and corporate experience to the table when she helped launch the company in 2001. Her coaching experience spans virtually every industry , from non-profit, tech and finance, to beauty and fashion, publishing and celebrity endorsement. She has prepared hundreds of C-level executives for media interviews, presentations and speeches.

Prior to joining Clarity, Melissa served as a business consultant to Fortune 500 companies including: Ernst & Young, Gap, Miller Brewing Company, and Nissan Motors Corporation.
Melissa is adept at executive communications training, internal training course development and execution for sales consultants. At Clarity Media Group, Melissa also delivers “train-the-trainer” courses to communications professionals and has developed media training seminars for writers' workshops and other custom audiences. She has worked with many of New York's top PR firms, including Rubenstein, DeVries, 5WPR, and Kaplow to name a few.
