Tameka Vasquez is a communications advisor and trainer who prepares executives, thought leaders, and public figures for high-stakes and high-visibility moments. She helps leaders communicate future-shaping ideas with clarity and conviction.

Her work is shaped by over 16 years at the edge of what's next. She previously led marketing and growth strategy for global technology companies, including serving as Head of Marketing for Sidewalk Labs at Google, with earlier management roles at Genpact, Thomson Reuters, and venture-backed startups. Tameka also formerly served as an adjunct professor at several institutions, including an Associate Faculty appointment for a Future of Work course at Columbia University, where she bridged scholarship with real-world practicality.

Today, Tameka continues to work closely with leaders shaping the next era, supporting them in navigating uncertainty and major inflection points by helping them understand what's evolving, what it means, and how to respond.

She has a distinct vantage point on the unique pressures of modern leadership responding to and leading change.

She is also a public speaker and facilitator, featured at more than 50 conferences and forums across four continents, contributing her insights and leading interactive discussions on the future of work and civic and social life. That platform is the proving ground for what she trains — she does the work she coaches leaders to do.

Tameka holds an M.S. in Knowledge Management from Columbia University, a B.A. in Corporate Communications from the City University of New York, and is certified in Strategic Foresight. She serves on advisory councils for Women in Innovation, the Project Management Institute, and is a champion of independent artists and thinkers who challenge the status quo. A lifelong New Yorker, Tameka is currently based in Philadelphia.
